EXTENDED CLOSING.  Effective March 25, 2020, by Executive Order No. 120, NC Governor Roy Cooper mandated that all Spas and Beauty Salons be closed for 30 days due to the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic.  As such, Metropolitan Studio of Esthetics will be closed for the duration of this order.

We hope to reopen on April 25 (or sooner if the governor’s order is rescinded).

In the meantime, the following non-public services will remain available:

SKINCARE PRODUCTS: We will take orders for skincare products by email, text, or phone and they will be shipped to your home. Contact us to place your order and we will email you an electronic invoice to pay electronically. There will be no need to physically visit us for mail-order products.

GROUPON:  Groupon purchases will still be available and the expiration date will be extended by Metropolitan Studio of Esthetics.  If you currently have a Groupon and our closing has affected your ability to schedule an appointment, we will automatically extend the expiration date for you. Your Groupon will NOT expire, even if the expiration date passes.  We can schedule your appt now, and it will be scheduled 20-30 days out for a future date pending reopening, when it is safe to do so.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:  Gift Certificates are still available for purchase and we will extend the expiration date for the recipient.  If you currently hold a Gift Certificate and our studio is still temporarily closed, we will still honor it, even if the expiration date has passed.

It’s unfortunate for our communities that the coronavirus pandemic has caused many businesses to close, however, we remain committed to providing you with assistance during this period of closure.  We will remain available to our current clients for questions and concerns about ongoing skincare needs.  We welcome new clients, too!  Whether you are a current client or new potential client,  if you have any questions during our studio closing, please feel free to TEXT or call us at (704) 457-1950.  We’re glad to hear from you!  And we’ll ensure your questions are answered promptly.
