Reopening Update May 19 – At today’s press conference Governor Cooper indicated he should be able to make an announcement by mid-week regarding what’s going to happen Friday May 22, which would begin “Phase 2” of reopening businesses in NC.  We are hopeful that his announcement will include Salons, Spas, and Skincare businesses in this next phase of reopening.
